Fertility NOW is an educational project designed to empower women to naturally regain and optimize their fertility. Rather than focusing on conventional fertility education – such as ovulation cycles, reproductive organ anatomy, hormones, supplements, or artificial technologies – the workshop explores deeper foundations of health that allow vibrant fertility to return. The goal is to help participants create lasting change by learning principles of natural living, with an emphasis on nutrition and emotional health, and building a lifestyle that allows the body to function at its best.
Who Is It For?
This project is intended for women who:
- Have been diagnosed with infertility and are actively trying to conceive
- Are experiencing fertility issues (TTC, miscarriage history, IVF treatments, or other related concerns)
- Are undiagnosed but are unable to achieve pregnancy after one year of trying.
- Are open to learning about restoring fertility and optimal family planning through natural living
- Are ready to make practical lifestyle changes
- Can commit to attending the full workshop
Both 1-day and 4-week workshops are available and are followed by an optional ongoing support group for women seeking continued guidance, support, and community.
Workshop Structure
- A 1-day (4-hour) in-person intensive workshop OR 4 weekly (1-2 hour) sessions held virtually on Zoom.
- Lessons on natural living, nutrition, and emotional healing.
- Time for questions and discussion.

The Support Group
After completing the workshop, participants may choose to join the Fertility NOW Support Group.
The support group meets weekly on Zoom and provides:
- Continued education
- Questions and discussion
- Encouragement and accountability
- A community of women on similar journeys
Participation in the support group is optional.
Your Commitment
Participants are asked to:
- Attend all workshop sessions
- Participate respectfully in discussions
- Come with an open mind and a willingness to learn
Cost
The workshops and support group are offered free of charge.
Donations are welcome and help support the project’s continuation.
